Eligibility Criteria:

• Aadhaar / PAN / Driving Licence

• 3 Passport Size photograph

• Should be Salaried / Non-Salaried

• Age between 21-70 Only

Charges and Interests :

​

• Tenure : 3 Months - 1 Year

• Loan Amount : Starts from Rs.20,000 to Rs.99,00,000.

• Processing Fees : 0.75% + 18% GST

• Valuer Charges : As per Society Norms

Interests : 0-90 Days        - 16.00%

                 91-180 Days    - 17.00%

                 181-270 Days  - 18.00%

                 271-365 Days  - 20.00%

Repayment Mode : Monthly Interest

Note : For Pre-Closure, Customer Should pay 3 months Interest amount mandatory while closing their loan account without completing 3 months from the date of disbursement.
